At BETLUX, we offer free samples upon request to help our customers test and evaluate our products. Below, you’ll find details on our samples policy, eligibility criteria, shipping methods, and packaging.

📜 Samples Policy & Requirements

📌 Standard Items

📌 How to Request Samples:
✔ Step 1: Email us with the list of samples you need.
✔ Step 2: Confirm pricing with our sales team.
✔ Step 3: We arrange and dispatch your samples.

📌 Base Requirements for Free Samples:

  • Maximum product types: 5 kinds
  • Maximum quantity per type: 10 pcs
  • Maximum total sample value: USD 10

📌 Requests Exceeding the Above Limits:
✔ Existing Customers: Special requests may be accommodated.
✔ New Customers: May need to cover costs.
✔ High-Cost Samples / Orders Exceeding USD 10: Sample payment will be required.

📌 Custom Items

🔹 Custom item samples are not available for free unless a new tooling module is created.
🔹 Our sales team will provide the tooling cost and estimated delivery time before production.

🚚 Samples Shipping Policy

📌 Shipping Methods & Costs:
✔ If you have an international courier account (FedEx, UPS, DHL):

  • We send samples free of charge via your account.

✔ If you do not have a courier account:

  • Prepaid Shipping: If you don’t agree to freight collect, you must pay for shipping as with a normal order.

📦 Samples Packaging

📌 All samples are securely packed to prevent damage:
✔ Small samples: Packed in foam and plastic bags, then placed in an express envelope.
✔ Larger samples: Packed in our small carton for protection.

📍 Samples Tracking

📌 Once samples are shipped, our sales team will provide you with a tracking number for easy monitoring.
