IR LED (infrared diode)
Betlux IR LED consists of an extensive selection of discrete infrared diode components for applications including remote control, IR wireless data transmission, security alarms, and PC mice. Features of the product include high power, high speed, wide viewing angles, a high signal-to-noise ratio, and UL approval for safety. Chip materials include GaAs at 940nm, AlGaAs at 880nm for high power, and AlGaAs at 875nm/850nm for high speed. Photodiodes and phototransistors with filters are also available for reducing ambient light pollution and improving the signal-to-noise ratio.
