📌 Important Packing Rules for ESD Products:

✔ Use anti-static packaging (bag or box) for shipping sensitive devices – Prevents damage from vibration and friction during transport.
✔ Avoid nylon, plastic, or foam polystyrene materials – These materials generate static charges and can harm ESD-sensitive parts.
✔ Keep the package intact until use – Opening the package before installation may expose components to static discharge.
✔ Handle ESD components in an Electrostatic Protected Area (EPA) – Picking up parts should be done only in an anti-static environment.


🛠 LED Storage Guidelines

To ensure LED components retain their performance and longevity, they must be stored under proper conditions.

✔ Temperature: Below 30°C (86°F)
✔ Humidity: Below 70% RH

📌 LED Storage Precautions:

✅ Use anti-static bags for sealed storage to prevent rapid oxidation of LED products.
✅ Store LEDs in moisture-proof conditions – Avoid high humidity and extreme temperatures.
✅ Re-seal inner bags after use – Prevents moisture from entering the package.
